Instructor Training is given by Deepist Diving Center Instructor \ PADI Course Director Sancar Uğuryol.
Open Water Scuba Instructor: With this title, The PADI member earns to give certificates, starting from the Scuba Diver to Divemaster, at this level. This program, which is open to assistant instructors, is based on the candidate's increasing independence for organizing independent courses. PADI Candidate is trained on the structure, objectives, and in-class standards of advanced training philosophy and regulated courses. Specialization on organized programs is provided by workshops.
This program, which can only be opened by PADI Course Director, completes when the candidate meets the program´s criteria. But this is not enough for the candidate to get the OWSI level. At the end of the course there is a separate evaluation phase. The candidate who fulfills the performance requirements is entitled to participate in the Instructor Exam (IE).
Instructor Exam Directly conducted by Instructor Examiners in PADI. Course Director is the person who prepared the Instructor Candidate. Under no circumstances no one can give a PADI ınstructor certificate to an individual. OWSI, however, is a level that is gained and succeeded only after IE.
The theoretical training part of the Open Water Scuba Instructor course lasts 1 week and consists of 40 total hours.
Theoretical training days and sea dives are determined together with trainees and dive instructors according to the instructor exam (IE) dates.
